The Beumel Family

I have been looking forward to meeting this next family for quite some time now. The Beumel Family is related to the couple who happened to be my very first photo session! Sure, I had taken pictures of my niece and my friend Carrie's baby, but this was a legitimate engagement session and boy was I ever nervous! When I did Amber and James' session last year it never dreamed my business would grow as quickly as it did and I must say I owe it all to my wonderful clients! I have been so lucky and I am so thankful for each and every one of you. Amber, thanks for sending me your sister. I had so much fun! I do however find it very interesting that my camera broke right after this session. So one sister was my first session with the Rebel and the other sister was the last. : ) That being said, heres to summer and to being barefoot for the next 3 months!!

I have a soft spot for the first born in families. There once was a time where they were the only one in their mom and dad's worlds then all of a sudden they have to learn to share. The younger ones never know any different. Some children don't respond well to this change but you can see how much this big sister loves her younger siblings.

I added this one for the kids' grandma. A little birdie told me she loves this kind of pic.
